The two discuss navigating the relationship of hiring and managing your own predecessor, adding sports and specifically women’s flag football. Syljebeck highlighted the relationship with the Detroit Lions and how the relationship between the NFL added visibility for adding the flag football with the Lions hosting a flag football camp on campus at Siena Heights.
