Elizabeth City State Director of Athletics James M. DuBose, Jr. joins D2.ticker’s Kristen Eargle for Small College Conversations to highlight this past two years since taking over at ECSU. DuBose took the role as interim AD and shares with Eargle what specific things he did to set a vision and ultimately win the permanent job as well as two to three initiatives he is driving in order offer ECSU student-athletes the same experience as they would have in Division I.
