It was recommended to me by a colleague to attend BOSCA a few years back and I've been grateful for the introduction, opportunity and experience ever since. The atmosphere and environment is comfortable, refreshing, and welcoming. Sanctioning body affiliation (NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, etc.) is irrelevant; sharing, learning and inquiry is emphasized. Once you attend and on subsequent visits you feel as though you are a part of a fraternity. Unlike some of the national conferences and conventions you may attend, all BOSCA attendees become your network by virtue of being in an engaged small group setting. Attendance at the conference has had a real and measurable impact on our institutions trajectory as it relates to leadership, fundraising planning and initiatives. We will be back!
