Jim Giacomazzi, Wayland Baptist Director of Athletics, joins NAIA.ticker’s Kristen Eargle on this episode of Small COllege Conversations. The two discuss his decision to focus solely on his role as an AD after serving as AD and Head Volleyball Coach. Giacomazzi discusses building rapport with a new president, keys longevity at one institution and several initiatives on his plate: “I don’t look at challenges as a negative, it’s just our next project that we will be working on.”
